 Wizards Registration Commission DEAR _______________,
You are required to attend an appointment with the Wizard's Registration Commission. Please be sure to arrive promptly 20 minutes before your appointment time. You will be required to provide evidence of your family tree, your wand and education papers. We will also take your photograph and you will be asked to provide finger prints upon your arrival.
You will then be provided with your own personal identity charm and papers. This is all for your own safety.
